Over three decades ago, Guillermo and I left Argentina for the United States with a sense of adventure and a passion for discovering the world. Through years of travel, we fell in love with global flavors, traditions, and the timeless art of gathering around a table.

Named after the Spanish word for "South," SUR honors our South American roots while blending the warmth of our culture with Old-World Mediterranean hospitality.
